After allot of investigating we have changed our box sizes and our shipping method. Shipping costs are now two thirds less than FedEx's priority overnight.  We had to test the longevity of the Red Claws in shipment.  This has allowed us to now ship with USPS Express.

All lobsters are shipped with 1 gallon (8.5pounds) of water.  We need to use 1 gallon of water so that when pure oxygen is added to the bag it does not burn the lobsters outer shell which will cause death.  If the product is DOA, we will need pictures the day there received to send more lobster.  Customer will also pay for shipping of replacement lobster.
